Had the pleasure of visiting the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and getting a glimpse of Jun T. Lai’s Wonderland Exhibition [賴純純:仙境]. We managed to see the exhibition during its final weekend in Taichung. The artist has several highly-recognizable public art works around Taiwan.
Our children are finally at the ages where we can take them to events like this and not worry too much about them getting bored or destroying something. They were most interested in the installations that incorporated mirrors on the floor. However, their excitement caused some nervousness among staff who had the misfortune of overseeing the exhibition during our visit.
One of my favorite museums. I used to live with an easy walk.
