After class today I checked out Sony Fair 2007 which is located in a tent next to Taipei 101. Don’t worry geeks, you still have until April 22 to visit! Depending on which entrance you take the first thing you see might be Mount Bravia!
Or the first thing you see will be the Sony Xplod Mobile:
With how close everyone lives to each other here.. nobody should put subwoofers in their cars:
In between presentations this screen played trailers for the upcoming release of Spiderman 3… it better not suck like X-Men 3! You could also take your picture with a model of Spiderman hanging from the ceiling [not pictured: me (because the only shot someone took for me came out blurry)]
A model super-imposed on Easter Island… They super-imposed me on Antarctica and recorded me stomping on penguins.
Welcome to PSP Land… I’ll stick with my Advance SP and Final Fantasy Tactics for now thank you.
I think they stole this from K-Mall:
I Played Gundam Musou for the PS3 while here… I got tired of it after about 5 minutes of mashing buttons (which is all I had to do to play great, maybe it gets more challenging later).

I’m a Nintendo DS fan myself, but SP is cool too. The Gundam game actually gets worse as you play it. I wouldn’t bother.
Yeah, I’m sure most people bought it because of the franchise more than anything else.
Hey Todd,
I wonder if you’ve met one of my former Chinese teachers at 師大? Her name is 閻老師 Yán. I think she’s teaching classes for overseas Chinese now, but if you get a chance, you should consider taking one of her classes. I think she does both intermediate and beginner levels.
Franc – I’ll see where I’m placed next semester… if I happen to be put in a classroom with a teacher I don’t like I will definitely check her class out.
